The conference also aims to bring new and important hospitality education research topics to the fore and to provide an opportunity to debate and discuss issues of relevance related to the current and future teaching and learning of hospitality and hospitality management. Both the hospitality industry and hospitality management education in Manchester have faced turbulent times in recent years. This conference will explore why and how the provision of hospitality in the city and in education at MMU are changing
