Today, we had our welcome meeting at the University of Twente, ELAN section of Teacher Development (https://lnkd.in/dXgCt5KS).We are very grateful that Professor Kim Schildkamp (https://lnkd.in/dBDMFeHA) and Associate Professor Cindy Poortman (https://lnkd.in/diy-kQfQ) will be hosting Tina Maria Brinks and me as visiting researchers for the next three weeks. This opportunity was made possible by a travel scholarship from Naturfagsakademiet NAFA and is a part of our strategic research project, where we investigate NAFA as a knowledge ecology, lead by Connie Svabo and Thomas R.S. Albrechtsen.
During today's session, we had an insightful discussion with Honorary Professor Adrie Visscher (https://lnkd.in/duWbusKe) about teacher professional development, focusing on key topics such as "What does good look like?", instructional differentiation, expertise, instructional coaching, and meta-analysis.
We look forward to continuing our engaging discussions with Kim Schildkamp on our shared research interests in data use, the Datateam® approach, teacher education, organizational routines and professional development https://lnkd.in/dY8aH7b8.
