    Staff training event med projektdeltagere fra alle projektpartnere. I løbet af den treårige projektperiode, afholdes der en workshop i hvert partnerland. Formål er at: To see firsthand the innovative activities done in the partner school of the country as this will give a clearer picture of the different contexts and the chosen strategies. Therefore, a crucial part of the event will be the school visit taking one full day, with a sightseeing of the school and a meeting including presentations from the teachers and headmaster about the interventions taking place and their experiences. The rest of the seminar includes presentations and in-depth discussion about the Teacher Well-being project.
