    At IHSA's World Conference on Humanitarian Studies, in a panel where we explored, how the development and humanitarian divide is blurred by the concept of resilience, I talked about a collaboration with United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) in Honduras. WFP has adopted a new strategy that blurs the distinction between emergency (humanitarian) and development programmes and we will be looking at:
    a) How localization and participation can bridge the humanitarian development nexus and increase resilience
    b) Who working in partnerships can be a mechanism to provide timely, appropriate and relevant response
    c) Efficient targeting of the people most in need
