This presentation covers a stream of research investigating the role identity, and influences on pedagogical choices of entrepreneurship educators. The team's first study finds a continuum of role identities based on varying role perceptions, learning objectives and values. A second study explores direct influences on role identity while the third study examines personal factors leading to pedagogical approaches. Implications and future research directions are considered.
