Beskrivelse

The theory of wicked problems can shed light on what kind of competences social professionals need. The workshop will clarify through participatory exercises the importance of personal bodily aspects in social practice and partnerships. Professionals must act with presence and attention, and for professionals working with wicked problems that is challenging. Professionals must be aware of personal and professional values and at the same time avoid the danger of burnout.
