Forsknings- og udviklingsområder

Camilla Marie Larsen har en baggrund som fysioterapeut, med en ph.d. grad fra Syddansk Universitet, Det Sundhedsvidenskabelige Fakultet, Institut for Idræt og Biomekanik, Forskningsenheden for Fysisk Aktivitet og Sundhed i Arbejdslivet i 2014. Omdrejningspunktet for hendes nuværende forskning er sundhed i muskler og led, samt tilpasset fysisk aktivitet hos personer med funktionsnedsættelse i forskellig grad, både voksne med rygmarvsskade og børn/ unge med cerebral parese, men også hos den almene voksne befolkning med eksempelvis rygbesvær.

Forskningen omfatter metoder og designs primært inden for epidemiologi, klinimetri, evidenssyntese samt effekt evaluering. Forskningsporteføljen indeholder også kvalitativ forskningsmetodologi.
