For some years, I have managed the business area of UCC´s courses for unemployed people. My role has primarily been strategic leadership and business development. As part of this role I have specialized in setting up relations with private businesses for UCC. Specialized in project management and organizational set up of project-organizations I take part in the development of UCC striving to become a more mature project organization.

Years back I worked with leaders and focused on leadership training. Either formal education (Diploma in Leadership) or on location training (Coaching). I specialized in project management teaching and culture implementation in organizations. My approaches to leadership training are many, but my specialty is the philosophical one.
