Master in Public Administration and International relations / Cand.scient.adm.  MBA (Mini) in Sustainable Management. 

Working with capacity development projects and partnerships and systemic innovation in health and nursing education and in the recruitment of health professionals.

The last three years, I have focused on partnerships with health education institutions in India, Kenya and Germany, where I work to ensure transition and learning through peer to peer networks. My work targets how to improve, innovate and strengthen nursing education in cooperation with health education institutions in order to match the future needs of the health sector and patients with co-morbidity. My work concentrates on how to bridge the theoretical and clinical part of the education, innovation in pedagogical approaches and formats and how to strengthen the education in cardiometabolic diseases.

Current project roles and activities includes ‘Strengthening CMD prevention and care capacity by improving the quality of nursing education’ funded by NNF and ‘Recruit and retain’ by EU - Interreg.

I am part of the expert panel of 'Nursing Education and Multimorbidity' – a research project on mental health and cardiometablic diseases and I have been nominated as Editor for the Indian Journal for continued education for Nursing Education, CMC, Vellore for a four-year period.

I have worked with multiple foundations, NNF and the EU.

Prior to joining UC Absalon, I worked on institutional capacity development of ombudsman and human rights institutions in multiple countries in cooperation with the United Nations, Danida and various international organisations.
