As a value chain specialist my special areas of interest include Lean and manufacturing flow optimisation, supply chain collaboration, innovative business models and aligning strategic choices with operational capabilities. I am a firm believer in the importance of combining a holistic business process understanding with in-depth competencies. When cooperating with various industries either as member of an advisory board for SME’s or as a project supervisor, my focus is fact-based alignment of processes, strategy and improvement activities in order to avoid sub-optimisation within single areas. I put an honour in how simplification and reducing supply chain complexity can improve business performance.
