Role of Julie Sandell Jacobsen: Project partner
Initial ideas of this research project were drafted by Professor Inger Mechlenburg and JSJ as part of a research stay at Kings College, UK.
JSJ is co-supervisor for master student MB Stisen, studying at Aarhus University in collaboration with main supervisor Inger Mechlenburg and co-authors.
Aims: We investigated whether changes in Harris Hip Score (HHS) in the first year following surgery? differed between patients undergoing primary- and revision total hip replacement (THR), and if these changes were associated with markers of socioeconomic status (SES).
