Employer-oriented integration of the long-term unemployed - significance for integration specialists in the job centre

The first step is to survey job centre strategies for the direct integration of the long-term unemployed in the first labour market and the resulting demands on integration professionals. These explorative surveys are carried out nationally in Denmark and in Germany in two JCs each, evaluated and then compared. The German subproject starts in summer 2019 and will end at the end of 2020. The direct integration of LZAL into the labour market has become the focus of the JC in Denmark and Germany in recent years, and the labour market situation is cur-rently favourable. On the basis of these surveys and the com-parison, a broader and more JC comprehensive country com-parison and an EU application for its promotion are intended.
