Film festival with focus on Japanese Anime, VAF 2017

Film festival -as a part of Viborg Animation Festival 2017 had a strong focus on Japanese Anime. In cinema guests saw amazing features, shorts and TV episodes demonstrating the width and breath of Japanese animated storytelling. More than half of the films screened at the festival was of Japanese origins. This years program included beloved classics like My Neighbour Totoro, Howl`s Movig Castle and the award winning Your Name by Makoto Shinkai, Japanese student films and "Anime 100:: 100 years of Japanese Animation", a special screening of Japanese Anime.
