The exhibition Forår is a part of Cinematic Bliss - an initiative dedicated to showcasing short animated films within art galleries and museums. In collaboration with the Viborg Animation Festival, this two-year pilot program aims to curate exhibitions across select museums, focusing primarily on Danish animation while allowing flexibility for tailored programs in different venues. The project serves as an experimental distribution model for animated films in Denmark, with aspirations to expand accessibility for producers and diversify their distribution strategies. The initiative aims to become a sustainable option that supports future funding and growth for Danish animation projects.
