How can M&K Sound; implement, apply and benefit from different management systems (Lean Six Sigma, Environmental Management Systems, Quality Management Systems, Corporate Social Responsibiliity) while on the same time seeking to optimize the processes and reduce costs?

Throughout the analyzes and the research, we can now recommend several LEAN concepts in MK Sound. For MK Sound it is vital looking into whether its possible to remove the middle man – ACI, to gain more revenue and more control over what is happening in China.
This of course will bring more work, more costs, more staff and getting to know the China industry and China culture. In terms of LEAN concepts, it is highlighted within the report, which concepts and where to start. Therefore, it is recommended for MK Sound to start looking into possible actions for changing their business model. Implementing LEAN concepts will bring efficiency and eliminating waste and most likely increase the revenue in MK Sound.
