How innovative is Transport & Logistics sector in Denmark today?

VIA University College in collaboration with Danske Speditører has taken an initiative of conducting a research project, which aimed at helping Danish freight forwarders to improve their competitive advantage through embracing innovation.

The project's purpose has been:
- to gain a foundation of business knowledge about SMEs' work with innovation as a way to create a competitive advantage,
- to investigate and analyze how work on innovation is going on, what it's all about and what opportunities and value creation it can open to.

Focus has been on the internal conditions and processes in the company and on what is required to move on with the work.

The project was co-funded externally by FDE Fonden.
