Beskrivelse
The overall aim of NO-LINC is to generate new knowledge on barriers and facilitators for successful transitions and pathways for young people with RWC at risk of labour market exclusion that can strengthen policy and practice responses.
Secondary objectives:
To enhance the knowledge on and understanding of the pathways of young people in transitioning into either employment or potentially permanent exclusion (disability pension) – cf. WP2.
To identify facilitators and barriers to individual tailoring of supports among front-line workers in the LWA, with a particular emphasis on the consequences of how street-level bureaucrats adapt to the framework they are operating within – cf. WP3
To improve knowledge on facilitators, bridges, and barriers in the interface between different parts of the service system and consequences thereof for the pathways of young people with RWC– cf. WP4.
To combine insights from the three strands of the project into a holistic, interdisciplinary, and policy-grounded approach to the pathways and experiences of young people at risk of exclusion – WP2-4.
To apply learnings from successful and less successful pathways to recommendations for policy and organisational development in the LWA and the interface between LWA and collaborating institutions, drawing on international expertise – cf. WP5.
