    Beskrivelse

    The project aimed to enhance teacher professionalism and school leadership, develop efficient school-community collaboration and eradicate drop-out. The project was implemented in 80 remote and rather isolated rural communities across Mongolia.

    Within the general project framework each and every school&community drafted and managed their own development plans according to local needs and interests.

    Among other core activities the project sucsessfully introduced action research as a strategy for teacher professional development.

    Johnny Baltzersen designed and managed the project together with the Mongolian partners: Mongolian State University of Education and Mongolian Association for Primary and Secondary Education Development.
