Sergei Sviatchenko Cooperative Partnership

This artistic development project is an effort to explore opportunities to work more closely with renowned Viborg artist Sergei Sviatchenko, adapting his particular art style to a digital frame and exploring AR, and filmaking practice. A formal project proposed in Berlin would see TAW/VIA working with Sergei and a team of technicians and animators from the network established around The Animation Workshop, to create his fantasy buildings at their actual scale in Virtual Reality, allowing people to engage with them as they would in real life. With models of these fantastic buildings standing tall in front of them, they would also have the ability to levitate and view the buildings from any angle or height.
