The Royal Theater

I created staged Experience Architecture Events at the Opera house, Playhouse and Old Stage, benchmarking these against other theatre stages in the Nordic Region. I also provided guidance on how to free up administrative resources; build a new organization, train frontline personnel, and increase sales. One moneymaking method was to open a café at the Old Stage.
