VFX Online Courses Catalogue development
The Animation Workshop, VIA UC with support from Nordisk Film Fund aims to organize a number of different online courses for Danish VFX, film and gaming companies in order to boost the VFX industry in the country.
The Animation Workshop has a wide network of VFX professionals and teachers; TAW has reached out to 15 VFX professionals in regards to a possibility of developing VFX online teaching courses. In total 12 teachers has agreed to participate in the project. Timothy Guy Leborgne, Director of The Open Workshop, and Leader of Talent & Skills Development department, together with Jakob Borrits Sabra, Head of Research, Development and Projects, Center for Animation, Visualization and Digital Storytelling and Roberta Jablonskyte, Project Coordinator at Center for Animation, Visualization and Digital Storytelling has organized 12 online meeting with each teacher separately and discussed possible areas of teaching, current trends in the industry and possible improvements.
