Beskrivelse

In this transnational research and development project we develop a responsive pedagogy for Danish and Bhutanese daycare facilities that primarily support 3-6-year-old children’s opportunities to explore, question and fantasize the entanglement of the world understood as ”…The intra-active relationship between all living organisms and the material environment: things and artefacts, spaces and places that we occupy and use in our daily practices.” (Taguchi, 2010, s. 10). Investing in a pedagogy that can be both developed and implemented early childhood studies may serve as one of the important answers to saving the environment. Through experiments with a triangulation of nature-arts-technology and therein experiences with changed relations and agencies between humans and more-than-humans, we develop educational and caring encounters where young children and social educators, together with artists or other people with special aesthetic skills and experience, experiment with technology, arts and nature simultaneously in pedagogical settings.
