    Abstract

    近几十年来，对于分娩过程（甚至是生理性且无并发症的分娩过程）日益增多的过度
    医疗干预，连同分娩过程中虐待和不尊重女性的行为，遍及世界各地。尽管有研究和决策致
    力于解决这些问题，但要改变习惯的分娩做法已经被证明是困难的。我们的分析表明，分娩
    过程中的医疗干预和不尊重女性的比例过高是结构性暴力的结果，而在拉丁美洲分娩行动主
    义和法律文件中所采用的产科暴力概念可能是一个有用的工具，可用于解决孕产保健中诸
