Abstract

The aim of the article is to provide new, operational knowledge concerning
implementation and quality assurance of e-learning. This is done through the merging of the two models presented in Högskoleverket’s report (Högskoleverket, 2008) and the article, ”The quality of evaluation is enhanced, when the model used is contextualized”2 (Kjeldsen, Laursen, & Mark, 2010) respectively. The article builds on the basic assumption that staff who are introduced to e-learning need to know why they must acquire new knowledge and skills, and what it will take for them to reach a position where they master the new skills required.
