Abstract
The paper presents a case study of a circle meeting with participation of middle managers are invited to perform management in new ways. The intervention is intended to give the participants new bodily experiences of who can “we” be? What can we explore together? How can we interact in new patterns? The circle meeting provides a new arena of embodied interaction. The paper draws on sensemaking theory and furthers the understanding of the embodied aspect.
