    Abstract

Presentation 24 BA- proposal made in collaboration between students and clinical practitioner at the OT-program Anne Hove (Metropolitan University College, Denmark) At the OT education a key aim is to ensure the students develop their BA-projects in a concrete collaboration with the practice field. This focus is strengthen through a process where clinical practitioners and students develop in collaboration project proposals to BA-projects. We strongly believe that students learn more with this type of BA-project. In the lecture, I will short describe the learning potential we see in this type of BA-project. At the OT education at Metropolitan University College, Copenhagen, we have for several years had an online portal – matchpol.dk – across all BA-programmes where companies, institutions and other practitioners can upload project proposals for potential BA-projects. Experience has shown that some places developing a project proposal is a difficult task. We have therefore in the spring of 2014 piloted a new ways of addressing this challenge. We have given students and practitioners the opportunity to develop project proposals in collaboration. I will present the first experiences from the pilot. We will host three workshops around three burning platforms in OT: -Day to day rehabilitation -Work centered rehabilitation -Bridging sectors We invite representatives from the field of practice to each workshop and they will in close collaboration with the students develop a range of proposals for relevant problem statements, which could become a potential BA project. We will facilitate the workshops using innovative methodologies. At the end of each workshop the participants will upload the project proposals to the online portal – matchpol – where students then can chose between the new and already existing proposals for potential future BA-projects
