Den sammenhængende børnepolitik & styringsteknologier i børnehaven

The project describes an investigation of governmentality in the kindergarten. The regime from political visions and goals toward the nusery assistant, and the regime from the assistant towards the children. I have made study of two kindergartens, where I have made interviews with the manager and the assistants. Then I have made video-observations from the lunch-hour. The empirical results have I analysed through theoretical concepts from M. Foucault and E. Goffman. I have made an theoretical discussion of methods and my results. My principal results are discovering how much table manners is important in child rearing methods in the kindergarten. Governmentality has an important role in the work of the nursery assistants for the children, and how the political visions and goals rules the therms for the assistants work.
