Abstract

A major goal of danish foreign policy has always been to avoid too many cross-currents and the turbulence that follows, by trying to bridge the gulfs between the different fora where Denmark is involved. Denmark is part of Europe, part of Scaninavia and part of the West and an active supporter of global cooperation.
