Abstract

It is essential that clinical supervisors continuously develop their practice to meet evolving demands.
This action learning and research project aims to develop and test a new method for competency development among clinical supervisors and nurses responsible for education.
The Focus is on clinical guidance, as well as to develop new methods of guidance.
