Digitalization and Brokers in Agile Networks

The focus is on how an innovation network is organized through a complex sensemaking process, sensegiving, and brokerage with digitalization as an outcome. The network development is done through a brokerage process of knowledge construction of the network actors that give rise to collective actions.As a result, the network is dynamic and continuously evolving through groups of actors that function as brokers between actors inside and outside the network. The analytical point of view is one broker in the network and how this broker acts as a sensemaker and mediator between the groups in the network.
