Abstract

The Internet, one of the greatest technological innovations, has brought significant opportunities to create new products, processes and businesses. “Digitalization,” “Industry 4.0,” and “IoT” are the terms that are used to depict these changes in the business world. Technological developments are attracting both large companies and small businesses as a source for creation of new products and services.
