Abstract
Entrepreneurship has had top priority in VIA since 2011. But what is the qualitative impact and the benefit students get from being involved in the student incubator activities: Social pilot, Innovation Agent and The Innovations agent? And how is the students involvement in these student incubator activities reflected in the students understanding of their core professional understanding and own professional role?
The project sourced its data through observation and interviews and used the "progression model" as a analytical framework. The studie helps to document a qualitativ effect - and a significant imprint om the furure social workers, social educators and the teachers understanding of there core profession. An understanding were entrepreneurship and innovation not is a goal in its own right - but a way to use and apply professional skills and knowledge.
