Abstract
Talking to young people about their learning objectives (within a particular educational programme or in their life as such) is an intrinsic part of the part of the job, when you are introducing them to the use of e-portfolio. We have been using e-portfolios since 2004 at the Multimedia Designer Programme (MMD) at Odense Technical College.
536 students and alumni now have an e-portfolio – as well as 10 staff members.
Among teachers and staff it has been generally acknowledged that it is more difficult for a young adult to set and pursue learning objectives than we expected as we set out. Generally the students tend to be vague.
