Abstract

This article explores differences and similarities between two evaluations of large-scale administrative reforms which were carried out in the 2000s: The evaluation of the Norwegian NAV reform (EVANAV) and the evaluation of the Danish Local Government Reform (LGR). We provide a comparative analysis of the similarities and differences between the evaluations of the two reforms and discuss their pros and cons.
