Abstract

This thesis is based on the current debate on evidence within the field of education focusing on what works, from which the idea of the teacher as an evidence-based practitioner (EBP) has arisen. The entry of the evidence movement into Denmark was made by Dansk Clearinghouse for Uddannelsesforskning (DCU), which is the evidence generating body that provides the practitioner with appropriate tools.
