Abstract
This paper is about an ongoing research focus on the developing of e-pedagogical strategies related to profession-oriented learning and to organizational culture. In terms of methodology, the challenge is to confront classic ethnography with the modern learning context characterized by the use of welfare technologies, IT tools and social media. In terms of empirical studies, the challenge is to follow a full-scale online programme in nursing education, but also to follow the course of a shift between online- and offline activities.
In light of the e-pedagogical concepts, the paper will reflect research strategies and analyse the tendencies and consequences for the digital classroom, teacher planning and the student’s learning practice.
