Abstract
The ongoing research project focus on how the developing of e-pedagogical activities relate to profession- oriented learning and to the organizational learning culture. In terms of methodology the main challenge is to confront classic ethnography with a late modern learning context characterized by use of welfare technologies, IT-tools and social media. In terms of empirical
analysis the challenge is to follow an on-line program in nursing education in full scale but also to follow the course in shift between on-line and offline activities.
The former educational cases involved refer to IT-schools at upper secondary level and to concepts of technacy (Borgnakke 2012). The cases currently involved refer to profession-oriented learning and nursing education. From an organizational perspective it means sharpening the e-pedagogical and professional profile.
In the light of the e-pedagogical concepts the paper will reflect strategies for following online and offline activities and analyze the main tendencies and consequences for the digital classroom, the teacher team planning and the student’s learning practice.
