    Abstract

    This paper is related to a project about teacher education in Key Competences in Montenegro. The main part consists of a brief description of how the TT-programme was planned and what materials were used (annexes).
    The paper is based on 1) experience from the training session in September 2010, and 2) the following validation workshop in November 2010 and has the following headlines:
    How the training session in September 2010 on Learning to Learn Competence in Podgorica was planned
    How is was discussed how Montenegrin trainers could train colleagues in the future
    A suggested development model for Montenegro for the coming year
