Abstract
New Cooperation Formats of Employee- and Employer-Oriented
Professionals in Employment Services in Austria, Denmark and Germany
In many European countries new approaches have been made to integrate
unemployed people who are distant from the labour market into the regular labour market. This is often linked to service and organizational innovations
within local employment services. These innovations are mostly based on closer
cooperation between applicant- and employer-oriented specialists. This attempts to overcome the organizational separation and functional deficits of
