Abstract

This article attempts to present the process behind the identification of the supply chains involved in the offshore wind industry (OWI), their differentiation, and the need to redefine the strategies followed by each of them. After those fundamental points are explained, this article provides a set of suggestions taken from interviews carried out with some key players in the industry.
