Abstract

In 1994 European Distance Learning Association issued a quality guide. Since then educational markets, national laws and technological developments have changed at an increasing pace. Online and internet-related developments create new challenges and opportunities in distance learning. EADL has also received feedback from readers and users of the Quality Guide.
The result of these developments is this revised edition of the Quality Guide.
