Abstract
The aim of this paper is to analyse if - and how – the Danish government plan for growth: Denmark at work (2013) supports entrepreneurs and leading coalitions (Cyert & March, 1963) in entrepreneurial and small companies in the fashion industry working with sustainability and transparency as competitive advantage factors and how these companies perceive the initiatives in the plan.
