Abstract

Geriatric malnutrition is a significant problem for hospital patients in affluent countries, and is associated with severe personal consequences and economic bearing.
We need to facilitate interventions focused on the multisensory and psychosocial quality of the hospital meals along with enhanced monitoring, registration and gastro-profiling.
