The social justice lens: Opening opportunities through experience-based careers guidance.

This article is based on a keynote speech at the Euroguidance Conference 2019 in Vienna, and discusses the key concepts of emancipatory career guidance, presenting action based research results, which are aiming at widening opportunities and increasing social mobility, and are achieved through collaboration between researchers, careers teachers and employers.
