Abstract

Denne artikler er baseret på en fælles forskningsprocess som kombinerer 3 case studier fra 3 forskellige områder: 1) sundhed 2)management/ledelse 3) og videregående uddannelse. Casene præsenterer forskellige måder hvorpå lærere stilladseres i integrationen af teknologi i deres undervisningspraksis vha. afprøvning af læringsdesign processer. Faktorerne der påvirker kreativitet og stilladsering, undersøges i denne artikel fx. er der mulighed for udvikling, for afprøvning og evaluering af digitale didaktiske designs? Det er interessant at undersøge når man afprøver læringsdesigns hvorvidt dette påvirker lærerens tænkning når de redesigner deres undervisningspraksis i en digital kontekst. Pba. de 3 cases beskriver artiklen hvordan udviklere stilladseres af læringsdesigns i deres udvikling af læringsmaterialer. Disse læringsmaterialer undersøges i et holistisk læringsdesign som testes i praksis. Den empiriske data indeholder interviews og observationer. Fokus i artiklen er på lærerens læring indenfor design processen og de faktorer som er vigtigst i stilladsering af designprocessen.
