Abstract
The article is about the relation between schoolteachers
and after school teachers. This co-operation is not
without obstacles or for that matter equal. Studies
from both Denmark and Sweden show that the
schoolteacher is the dominant and the after schoolteacher
the dominated part in the co-operation. Based
on empirical data it is shown, how an understanding
of the relation, more precisely an understanding of the
dominant characteristics must consider difference in
childhood and preferences.
