Abstract

The interest in information- an communiction technology in education has been increasing through the latest year. But there are few experiences of e-learning in clinical practice. In this light the Pediatric department implemented a Learning Mangement System BørneFronter (BF) in april 2006.
BF vas evaluated 1 year after implementation by electronic questionnaires, focus group interviews and analyzes of dialogs.
The conclusion is that e-learning can qualify nurse students learning in clinical practice and may be the educational tool in the close co-operation in nurse education between the theoretical institution an clinical practice.
