This is a review of book chapters investigating TPACK (technological, pedagogical and content knowledge) in university lecturers and their competencies within these domains. The book chapters are for the Erasmus + Project Blended Learning for Teacher Educators in Europe and Asia. The book chapters present an investigation evaluating the competencies of university teachers in TPACK domains. The investigation found significant differences between teachers as well as TPACK competencies, especially in the domain of technological integration. Here, competencies varied according to gender such that male teachers were more competent in the use of technology compared to female teachers. This review recommends a rewrite of the book chapters.
