The course addressed abilities required for conducting simulation-based training for learners working in non acute settings. The participants received training in the design and conduct of simulations scenarios. imcluding techniques for briefing and video-assisted debriefing. The course covered theory on patinet safety, crisis ressource ,management, adult learning and course design.
