Description
The conference was a two-day interactive, inspiring and empowering event which provided various session formats that encourage interaction, inspire exploration and empower continuous growth.
Responsible for the project plan, risk assessment and evaluation of the project. Responsible for the recruitment of and management of a team of 20 adult volunteers. The volunteers worked on different parts of organizing the conference in the months leading up to the conference. Responsible for management of the adult volunteers on the days of the conference.
